SOUKYA serves Sattvic food, which creates positive vibrations in the body and contributes to a pure and calm mind which is central to the concept of a healthy lifestyle in Indian philosophy.
Our balanced, personalised, healthy, organic, ovo-vegetarian cuisine is based on the principles of low fat, low salt, and low spice. All our produce is grown on our 30-acre certified farm to complement the treatment programme, serving a range of Indian regional favourites and International dishes on a daily table d’hôte menu. All this can be enjoyed in an air-conditioned dining room with furniture made from time-honoured cane and handmade Kerala roof tiles, or in an outdoor space capped by seasonal Bangalore Blue grapes, or alternatively under traditional Salem grass umbrellas with all locations overlooking the main lawns, depending on the weather and your inclination.
